This is the classic memory match game with 20 of the greatest paintings in art history, from Da Vinci to Van Gogh.

Kids have have fun while they become acquainted with great art from the Renaissance, Baroque, Impressionism, Post-Impressionism and modern art movements.

Trying to solve the games makes kids focus on the paintings with a degree of concentration and detail that a casual glance at a book or even museum cannot achieve. This helps shape not only their general knowledge of art, but also their aesthetic sensibilities long before then can learn the names of the artists and paintings. They will learn to see the world through the eyes of these great masters while they discover the diversity of styles and techniques used in painting.

To better expose children to the paintings, during the tile flip animation you see the entire painting. (You can turn this feature off in the settings screen for a more dynamic experience).

In Slideshow mode you can see all the paintings, their titles, dates and the painters’ names.

This app includes 4 difficulty levels: 8, 12, 20 and 30 tiles. This means fun for all ages— easy enough for a 3+ year old (with only 4 pairs of tiles to match) and challenging for adults with 15 pairs!

The score is dynamic giving you points for a matched pair, but also subtracting for a missed attempt and a bonus for how quickly you finish game. You can also disable the timer and score to take the edge off for younger children.
